Omnivista Agents is private software operated by Nikolaus Weißenbäck (Omnivista Properties, Vienna, Austria) for his own use. These terms exist because Google requires a published terms document for applications that access Google APIs.
The software is not offered to the public. There is no sign-up, no account creation, no subscription and no fee. It cannot be used by anyone other than its operator, and no right to use it is granted to any other person.
The operator uses the software solely to read his own Google account data and to prepare material for his own review. Every message it drafts is reviewed and sent by the operator personally; the software does not send mail.
Handling of data obtained through Google APIs is described in the privacy policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Authorisation can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
The software is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It produces drafts and summaries that may be incomplete or wrong, and they are not relied upon without human review.
As the software has no users other than its operator, no liability towards third parties arises from its use.
Austrian law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
