What this software is

Omnivista Agents is a set of private scripts run by one person on his own machines, to prepare his own work. It has a single user, who is also its author. It is not distributed, not offered as a service, and has no other users, customers or accounts.

What Google data it accesses, and why

Gmail — read access (gmail.readonly). Reads the operator's own messages so that summaries and drafts reflect what was actually discussed with a given contact.
Gmail — draft creation (gmail.compose). Writes draft replies into the operator's own Drafts folder. Drafts are never sent automatically. The operator reads, edits and sends every message himself.
Google Calendar — read access (calendar.readonly). Reads the operator's own calendar to know which meetings are scheduled and to prepare for them.

No other Google scopes are requested. The software does not delete mail, does not modify existing messages, and does not send mail.

How the data is handled

Access happens only while a script runs, from the operator's own computer or his own private server.
Content derived from mail and calendar entries — meeting preparation notes and draft text — is written to files on those same machines, so that the operator can read them. These files are not published and not shared.
OAuth credentials are stored in a permission-restricted file on those machines and are never committed to source control.
The message content itself is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for the sole purpose of producing those summaries and drafts, under Anthropic's terms. It is not used to train models.

What does not happen

Google user data is never sold, rented or transferred to any third party, other than the processing described above.
It is never used for advertising, profiling or market research.
It is never used to train, retrain or improve any machine learning or AI model.
No human other than the operator himself reads it.

Limited Use

Omnivista Agents' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Generated notes and drafts are kept only as long as they are useful to the operator and can be deleted at any time by deleting the files. Access can be withdrawn at any moment at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which immediately invalidates the stored credentials and stops all access.
